Periodically researches digital-government topics in Japanese and English (real GitHub Search API calls; Google search links are generated, not scraped) and drafts marketing copy for each feature. Runs automatically on a schedule (default: research every 24h, marketing every 12h) and can be triggered manually with --research-all / --marketing-all.
